All the work is medium fired stoneware and most of them have sgraffito (paint and carving) decoration. I use lead-free clear and color glazes so the items can be used for both decorative purposes and food serving (some sculptures or wall hangings are unglazed and intended for the decorative use only). Many items have gold luster painting and these are not microwavable.
